                    File taken up today from 09.07.2024 on an application moved on behalf of complainant for withdrawing the present complaint. Ld. counsel for complainant made a statement that he has received a DD No.008103 dated 26.06.2024 of Rs.5500/- (Rs. Five thousand five hundred) and being satisfied   withdraws the present complaint.

                    In view of the statement, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
