We find from records, order was reserved on 22/01/2020 thereafter complainant has stopped appearing in this case. Last appearance in this case on 25/03/2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Written Arguments also not filed by the complainant till date. An objection was also raised by OP 2 that the manufacturer of the mobile in question should be impleaded as a party. Since complainant is not interested to contest his own matter.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution, non-complainance,  non-joinder  in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
