                   Opposite Party No.2 exparte.
 
               Today Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for Opposite Party No.1  suffered the statement which is recorded separately that he hereby offer to settle the claim of the complainant @ Rs.50,000/- as full and final amount.  The amount will be paid to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of order passed by this Hon'ble Commission and statement of the Counsel for OP  No.1  read over to  the Complainant, who admitted the same  as true and correct,  in case OP No.1 failed to make the payment within 30 days, then the OP No.1 will be liable to pay the interest to the complainant  and further submitted that the present complaint may be disposed off accordingly.
              In view of the statement given by the Complainant in Person as well as Ld. Counsel for OP No.1,  parties have settled the matter by way of amicable. So, accordingly the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction to the OP No.1 to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order, failing which the OP No.1 will further liable to pay interest thereon @ 6% per annum from the date of filing complaint, till realization. File be consigned to the File be consigned to the record room.
