On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 10/12/2021. Last opportunity was granted to the complainant to file Rejoinder and Evidence on 29/08/2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
