Present :-  Complainant in person.

            Adv. Shaurya Shobhit for OP-1.

 

Both parties state that the dispute between the parties has been settled for an amount of Rs. 42,000/- as full and final settlement. OP filed copy of two cheques of Rs. 21,000/- each paid by Amazon & Darshita Ashiana. Complainant admitted that he received the cheques . Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
