The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 1500/- vide DD to be paid by OP 1 in favour of the complainant. The OP is directed to send DD within four weeks from 26.09.2023. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
