                        OPs No.1 & 2 exparte.

 

                        Today learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint being compromised with OPs and withdraws the same.

                        In view of the statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
