Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended upto date

          Today, the case is fixed for filing reply by the Complainant to the application for setting aside ex-parte order dated 02.04.2021, moved by the OP No.2. The Complainant has expressed his no objection on the said application itself; hence, the application is hereby allowed by setting aside the order dated 02.04.2021 passed by this Commission.

                    At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement,  stated that he has received an amount of Rs. 31,000/- by way of a cheque bearing No. 006079 dated 29.07.2021 drawn at Union Bank of India, from OP No. 3 as full and final settlement of the claim. Now, nothing is due against the OPs, hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
