Heard Sh. Jitender Saini, Counsel for OPs and submitted that full refund of Rs.15,999/- for aforesaid order was issued to the complainant on 07.04.2018 to the original payment mode i.e. Rs.11,912/- to the bank account of the complainant & Rs.4,087/- was added to his amazon.in account in the form of Amazon pay balance. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 04.06.2018& 07.08.2018 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
