                        Mr.Om Parkash, Advocat appeared against the bailable warrants and filed his memo of appearance. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that order under decree has been complied with by handing over D.D. No.400333 dated 10.03.2017 for Rs.17,048/- to DH. Copy of DD filed and tendered herewith. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
