This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service.After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite party.After accepting the notice the opposite party appeared before this commission and filed version.Since 26/02/2020 the case was posted for filing affidavit of complainant to prove the case of complainant.But the complainant was continuously absent and notice was issued to complainant to file proof affidavit before this Commission today. After accepting the notice from this Commission the complainant failed to appear today before this Commission.In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

In the result complaint is dismissed for default.There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
