ORDER

          Vide her separate statement recorded on 21.8.2024, ld. Counsel for the complainant stated the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received two cheques of Rs.11,495/-, dated 4.6.2024 and Rs.5000/- dated 22.7.2024 of ICICI Bank, against receipt, today from the ld. Counsel for the OPs, towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present complaint and as such withdraw the present complaint, subject to realization of cheques. 

2]        In view of above, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled, subject to clearance of cheques, aforementioned, with liberty to avail legal remedy permissible under law, in case of dishonouring of said cheque(s).

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
