ORDER

     Written arguments on behalf of OP have been received in the registry.

     At this stage, the parties have been asked by this Commission for the settlement of the dispute amicably for which they are ready.

     Vide her separate statement, Ms.Amita Gaur, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been amicably settled with the strenuous efforts of her counsel & assistance of this Commission and as per settlement, she has received an amount of Rs.5000/- in cash from OP through its counsel Sh.Atul Goyal, Advocate and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
