                  Written version on behalf of the opposite party No.1 filed. Sh.R.P.Singh, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 suffered statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to effect compromise with the complainant and in view of the compromise, opposite party No.1 is ready to pay Rs.35000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. In view of the above statement, Sh.Rishabh Kumar, complainant has accepted the terms of compromise and has also suffered his statement in this regard. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn in terms of their statements. Complainant and opposite party No.1 shall remain bound by the statement suffered in this Commission. File be consigned to the record room.
