An application has been filed by the Complainant, U/S 35 of the C.P.Act,2019 alleging deficiency of service against the O.ps for non-refunding of the purchase amount of Rs. 25,000/ and therefore he prays for an order to be given upon the O.Ps for refund of the said amount along with other reliefs as stated therein in the Complaint.

 The Complainant today submitted by a prayer that due to some mistakes occurred in the Complaint he is not willing to proceed with the case further and prays for withdrawal of the same.

 An order, being order No: 03 dated 03.03.2022 has been passed today in that effect, which do form part of this final order.

Accordingly,

It is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being No: C.C/ 17/2022 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn without being admitted.

Liberty given to the complainant to file afresh, if not otherwise barred.
