Complainant  , Sri Pankaj is  present  today . Heard   the   complainant   on the   point  of   admissibility  of the   complaint .  We   have     gone   through    the    complaint  along with  the   annexures   , and   found that   an annexure   annexed   with   the   complaint   is  in   the  name  of  Bhavya Sethi  . We  have   not  found   a  clear   picture  about  the  complainant   who   has  filed  this   case   against   the   opp. party  . Hence  , the  case  is   dismissed .
