                Shri Akhil Bhasin, counsel for the JD-3.

               

                Today the execution application appearance of the JD-3 through bailable warrant. Power of attorney filed on behalf of the JD-3.

                 Learned counsel for the JD-3 has suffered a separate statement that no appeal has been filed by the JD-3 against the judgment 01.03.2021 passed by this Hon’ble Commission. In compliance of above said order, JD-3 wants to pay the awarded amount i.e. Rs.62,999/ vide DD No.000586 dated 06.05.2022 as full and final settlement and have no objection if the said DD be hand over to the DH.

       On the other hand, learned counsel for the DH also suffered his separate a statement to effect that, in compliance of order dated 01.03.2021 passed by this Commission, DD No.000586 dated 06.05.2022 amounting to Rs.62,999/, he received said DD, as full and final settlement and nothing is due against JDs. Hence, he does not want to pursue the present execution and wants to withdraws the same. I will hand over the said the DD to the DH.

               In view of statement of the learned counsel for the DH, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
