Final Order / Judgement 30.10.2023 Present: Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Advocate counsel for applicants.   This order will dispose of the present miscellaneous application dated 13.10.2023 moved by the applicants for extension of time to file their written version. Due to additional duty of P.O at DCC, Bathinda the quorum was incomplete on 13.10.2023  and case was adjourned for 30.10.2023 for filing the written version by OPs/applicants. The applicants placed on file their written version on 27.10.2023 i.e within stipulated period. Therefore, the present miscellaneous application became infructuous. As such, the same is  stands disposed off.
