     Sh.Vipul Sharma, Advocate, has filed memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.2. The complainant and OP No.2 have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Vipul Sharma, Counsel for OP No.2 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Romy Garg, Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is ordered to be disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.
