ORDER

                   It is stated by ld.Counsel for OP NO.1 that they have made the payment to the complainant and the complainant is not putting his presence for the last so many dates. 

                   The perusal of the file also reveals that since 11.7.2017, seven dates have been fixed, but the complainant has not come present nor his counsel appeared. It seems that the grievance of the complainant has been redressed and the complainant is no more interested in pursuing the complaint.    Even today the complainant has not appeared. Therefore, the complaint is hereby dismissed in default.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
