                          Memo of appearance on behalf of the opposite party No.2. In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite party No.2 that opposite party No.2 will refund price value of Rs.29900/-  of the damaged product to the complainant from the date of receipt of judgement subject to return of the damaged product. So far as compensation is concerned, complainant was compelled to knock the door of this Commission and after assessing the circumstances, this Commission deems it fit to pay compensation of Rs.4500/- and litigation expenses of Rs.500/- to the complainant. In terms of above, present complaint stands disposed off. File be consigned to the record room.
