Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Sukhdev Sharma, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Gaurav Arya, counsel for the OP-1.

               

 

                 Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP-1 has separate statement that the matter has been compromised, company is ready to pay Rs.4380/- and litigation expenses amounting of Rs.2000/- to the complainant as depreciated amount of the invoice value i.e. Rs.2380/- within 45 days from the date of receipt of order.

 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered has separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1 and as per the statement given by the counsel for the OP-1, he withdraws the present complaint.

            In view of above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both parties are bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
