Complainant   is  absent    without   any  step.  O.P.  No-1 &2    are    present   through  ld.  counsels.

Today   has  been   fixed  for    filing  evidence   on   affidavit   by  the    complainant.

It is   seen from the   record   that  the  case  was   fixed  for  filing evidence   on  affidavit   on   1/9/2023  fixing  the next  date   for  filing    evidence   on  affidavit   on   12/10/23.   The   complainant   did  not    appear   to  file   evidence   on  affidavit  on  29/11/2023,  5/1/2024,    25/1/2024,   8/3/2024  and   26/4/2024.

Today    till  4 PM  the   complainant   is  not  turned   up  to   file evidence   on  affidavit   and  we   are  of  the    view  that  complainant  is  not   interested   to  proceed   with   his   case  and  accordingly, the  case  is   dismissed   for  default.
