COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                        Ms.Sonia Saini, Adv., for the Op No.1.

                        Mr.Vipul Sharma, Adv., for the Op No.2.

                        Mr.N.P.Sharma, Adv., for the Op No.3.

 

                        File taken up today in Lok Adalat for compromise. Counsel for the Op No.2 has made a separate statement in which he states that the Op No.2 is ready to give note 4 32GB + 3GB in full and final settlement within 30 days from today with warranty.

Complainants has also made a separate statement in which he states that he agrees with the statement made by the counsel for the Op No.2. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, it is clear that matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
