CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 476  OF  2022

OP No.1 ex-parte (defence of OP No.1 already struck off).

None for OP No.2 & 3.

Complaint against OP No.4 dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.02.2023.

AWARD

1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 05.09.2023, Sh.Shakti Handa, Regional Manager of OP No.2 & 3 has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the account of the complainant has already been settled and all the charges have been waived off. It has been further stated by Regional Manager of OP No.2 & 3 that as on date, no amount whatsoever is due against the complainant and NOC will be given to the complainant within a week from today(05.09.2023). It has been further stated by Regional Manager of OP No.2 & 3 that the OP No.2 & 3 will also get the CIBIL score of the complainant updated/corrected within 4 weeks from today(05.09.2023). Vide his separate statement, the complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of the Regional Manager of OP No.2 & 3 and prayed that the present consumer complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

2.   In view of the statements made by the parties, the complaint is disposed off being settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 05.09.2023, as stated above.

3.   The award is accordingly passed.

4.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
