ORDER

Present:          Advocate Sh. Vikram Panwar in person.

 

                        Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered.

                        Heard on the maintainability of the present complaint. The complainant made a statement before this Commission that due to  technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and he may be permitted to file a fresh case. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                         In view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.

                         File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance
