FINAL ORDER/JUDGEMENT

Complainant files hazira.

Compliance report dt.03/06/2024 is received from BMC Bank Ltd., ER Road Branch, Mumbai stating that Bank Account No. being 004100100346065 standing in the name of Rubina Khan and Arun Reddy has been freezed with balance Rs.184.37 lying in the said Account as on 29/03/2024.

Full particulars of the above Account holder are not on record and so the Commission cannot proceed against them. Moreover there seems to be no chance of recovery of the defrauded amount of the Complainant in this proceeding.

It is a clear case of Cyber fraud registered as GDE No.563, dated: 09/02/2024 with Bishnupur P.S., Bankura. It is now up to the Police Authority to unearth the fraud and give relief to the aggrieved party.

The Commission has no jurisdiction to go into the crime aspect of the case and as such the instant complaint case is not maintainable.

Hence it is ordered…….

That the case be and the same is dismissed on maintainability point.
