Satindra Paul Singh son of Shri Inderjit Chopra, aged about 72 years, resident of Village and Post Office Kurali, Tehsil Naraingarh, District Ambala, Haryana.

2.  DEL 4, Amazon Seller Service Private Limited (ASSPL) Jamalpur-Panchgaon  Road, Kharkari, Haryana-122503, through its authorized signatory.

3.  Riya Electrical, 246, 5th Main, Industrial Town, West of Cord Road, Bengluru, Karntaka-560044, through its authorized signatory.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

          Assistant of this Commission has reported that notice not issued due to non-filing of copy of complaint. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 22.03.2024 and 22.05.2024, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
