Today Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 has made a statement that Opposite Party No.2 is ready to compromise with the matter and in lieu of compromise, it is ready to pay Rs.13,000/- in full and final satisfaction including cost and compensation. Statement of the complainant has already been recorded. In view of statements made by parties through their Counsels, the complaint is accepted and Opposite Party No.2 is directed to pay Rs.13,000/- in full and final satisfaction of claim of the complainant within one month from today. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost, under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
