ORDER

     Parties have compromised the matter. Statement of complainant alongwith his counsel recorded on the first page of the complaint itself. Per statement made, complainant has received a sum of Rs.7000/- from OP No.1 as full and final settlement amount and he withdraws this complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
