                     Reply to the application dt.01.10.2021 not filed which is pending for 18.11.2021. Perusal of file reveals that  complainant is not appearing for the last many dates. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.05 pm.  Further wait is not justified.  It appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint and thus the same stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
