2.   Amazing Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. Corporate office at Unit No.B-107, Business Complex, at Elante Mall, 1st Floor, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:       Complainant in person along with Ms. Heena Verma, Advocate,                 counsel for the complainant.

                   Shri Vishal Singal, Advocate, counsel for the OPs No.1 and 2.

 

          Today, the case is fixed for filing reply to the application seeking directions to the OPs to produce on record the completion certificate issued by GMADA etc. Ld. Counsel for the complainant placed on record power of attorney on behalf of the complainant. At this stage, complainant, duly identified by his counsel Ms. Heena Verma, Advocate, by making a separate statement tendered on record copy of settlement affidavit as Mark A, vide which settlement has been arrived with the OPs and stated that he on his behalf and on behalf of his wife do not want to pursue with the present complaint as the dispute has been settled with the OPs as full and final settlement and now nothing is due against the OPs, as such he wants to withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
