Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that as per compromise, the batary in question has been replaced with new one of same make by the opposite party No.1. Now the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

            In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
