     None is present for the appellant. Adv. Mr. R.A. Sayare is present for respondent. He has made a grievance that appellant only provided appeal memo to him and did not provide annexure of the appeal. Perusal of the earlier proceedings shows that advocate Mr. R.A. Sayare who appeared for the respondent, had made a grievance on 29/03/2014 that he has not received appeal compilation. Therefore on that date, the appellant was directed to supply appeal compilation within a week. Appeal was then adjourned till 18/12/2014. On 18/12/2014 also the same grievance was made by advocate Mr. R.A. Sayare and last chance was granted to the appellant to furnish appeal compilation within one week. Direction was also given that  in case of failure,  the appellant will have to pay cost of Rs. 500/- to the respondent. The appeal came to be adjourned till this date for hearing on admission. Today neither the said cost of Rs. 500/- is paid to the respondent nor is appeal compilation supplied to him. Moreover none is present for the appellant for hearing on admission of appeal. The respondent’s advocate submitted that therefore appeal may be dismissed in default. The appeal be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.
