Final Order / Judgement

 

          The respondents filed written reply to show cause notice cum objections on behalf of respondents alongwith copy of Jamabandi containing the entry of mutation No. 41372.

          Today, the representative of applicant has made the following statement

“Stated that the respondents have entered the mutation No. 41372 regarding land measuring 5.75 Marlas comprising part of Khasra No. 33//6, 24, 46//4 situated at Rakh Shikargah, Tehsil Amritsar II, District Amritsar in favour of Veetika Sharma daughter of Anoop Sharma, on the basis of rectification deed executed by Prabhjot Kaur daughter of Gurdial Singh, in view of this, I do not want to puruse the present execution further against Amarjit Singh Tehsildar and Chanan Singh Patwari and same, at the stage, may be dismissed as withdrawn”.

          In view of ibid statement, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
