          Miscellaneous application No.222 of 2021 has been filed by the appellant/Insurance Company seeking permission to withdraw the appeal.

2.      According to the learned counsel for the appellant, the Insurance Company has taken a decision to withdraw the present appeal.   The application is duly supported by affidavit of Shri Shripad Ashtaputre, Manager Legal Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited.  

3.      Though learned counsel for the appellant has already informed the learned counsel for complainant/respondent No.1 but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant/respondent No.1.

4.      After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, the State Commission is of the view that the appellant-Insurance Company can be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

5.      In view of the above, the miscellaneous application No.222 of 2021 is accepted and the appellant/applicant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is resultantly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 27.07.2018 passed by this Commission is hereby vacated.
