1. Both counsels present.  Head on the memo submitted by learned counsel for respondent.  Learned counsel for respondent submits that to avoid delay or further delay this memo is filed, is hereby recorded.  Accordingly, ordered to allow RP/9/2024 filed by OP Nos.1 and 2 in CC/127/2023 on the file of DCDRC, Kolar and as a result set aside the order dated 24.11.2023 passed in CC/127/2023 on the file of DCDRC, Kolar and directed the District Commission to re-admit CC/127/2023 and decide afresh in accordance with law within 60 days as parties are directed to appear before the District Commission on 09.08.2024 without any further notice.  It is hereby directed District Commission to allow OP Nos.1 and 2 to file their version on the date of their appearance on 09.08.2024 and allow both parties to submit their affidavit evidence or additional evidence if any along with documents.  Accordingly, disposed off this Revision Petition.
2. The Copy of this order is directed to be notify to the parties for revision petition as well as District Commission for reference.
