Present: None for complainant. OP no.1 already exparte. Sh. Vipin Barwaliya, Customer Service Engineer for op no.2. 
Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to second last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 05.03.2021 and since 17.11.2022 complainant has already availed several opportunities for leading his evidence including last opportunities but has failed to lead any evidence and today none has appeared on his behalf. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
