Parties have agreed that the OPs shall depute automobile engineer of OP No.2 within a fortnight who will inspect the tractor in dispute and if he finds any defect in the gear box he will rectify the defect completely and in case he finds that the defect cannot be rectified completely, the entire gear box shall be replaced with the new and genuine one. The Engineer shall also emove any oter minor defects having arisen dueto the defect in the gear box. With this order the complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to record room.
