     Both residents of House No.47, MLA Flats, (Servant Quarters) Sector-4, Chandigarh, Sector-9, PO Chandigarh, 160009.

                   Today, the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. However, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant, with liberty to file afresh.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
