Heard, Mr. Sachin Kumar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and complainant Mr. Amar Kumar Verma, appearing in person.

Mr. Sachin Kumar submitted that by the impugned order dated 25.03.2014, passed in CC.No.218 of 2012 the learned District Consumer Forum, Dhanbad has rejected the prayer of the petitioner to implead National Insurance Company as party in the case. He further submitted that in another similar complaint case being CC. No. 18 of 2013, the complainant Mr. Amar Kumar Verma has filed his no objection to adding the Insurance Company as party.
He also relied on the order dated 29.01.2014 passed in the R.P. No. 8/2012 by this forum, allowing the prayer to implead the Insurance Company as party in similar complaint case.
3. Relying on the said judgment this revision petition is allowed. The National Insurance Company Ltd. Is impleaded as party in the complaint case. Sahara India the appellant will also supply the address of local office of the said National Insurance Company Limited, without any delay. After the steps for service of notice is taken by the complaint, Sahara India will also ensure that the service is affected on the National Insurance Company Limited through, Sahara India, to avoid delay.
With this observations and directions this revision petition is allowed.
