                        Mr.Chand Deep Jindal, Advocate for the Ops/JDs.

 

                        On 03.12.2015, the Ops were directed to visit the premises of the complainant on 12.12.2015 at 1 PM and checked the refrigerator in question in the presence of the complaiant as well as both the counsels for the parties and to file the report. On 21.12.2015, the counsel for the Ops has filed the visit report dated 15.12.2015 in which it has been mentioned that on 12.12.2015, the counsel for the Ops alongwith engineer namely Rinku and other officials were visited the premises of the complainant and changed the defective part of the product/refrigerator in the presence of the son of the complainant as the complainant was not present at that time. The son of the complainant has signed the job sheet. Thereafter, on 14.12.2015, the engineer of the company again visited the house of the complainant in afternoon to check the product temp. etc. which was working fine and the case was adjourned to 12.01.2016 for consideration.  Heard. After having gone through the file as well as visit report, it is made clear that the compliance has been made out. Hence, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
