As per the Office report, the record of the District Forum has been received.

This appeal alongwith an application for condonation of delay of 61 days, without depositing the statutory amount, required for filing the same (appeal), was instituted by the applicants/appellants.

This is an application, having been filed by Sh.Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for the applicants/appellants for withdrawal of the appeal at this stage on account of some technical mistake.

In view of the averments, made in the application dated 22.01.2014, the application for condonation of delay, as also the appeal are dismissed with no order as to costs, with liberty to refile the same, if otherwise permitted by law, and subject to all just exceptions.
