U.P., Lucknow.

Revision No. 25 of 2024

Karuna Chaudhary vs. Aman Raj Goyal

14.10.2024

ORDER

(Delivered by Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar, President)

Case is called out. Heard Sri A.K. Srivastava, ld. counsel for the revisionist and Sri Naveen Kumar Tiwari, ld. counsel for the opposite party/complainant.

The sole issued in the instant revision petition is that according to the revisionist the complete copy of the complaint has not been received/served upon the revisionist for which the revisionist has prayed before the ld. District Consumer Commission. The ld. District Consumer Commission has proceeded in the matter and passed the impugned order dated 1.11.2023 by which the application being paper no.14 moved by the revisionist before the ld. District Consumer Commission for providing complete copy of the complaint memo has been rejected.

Aggrieved with the aforesaid order passed by the ld. District Consumer Commission, the instant revision has been filed.

Having heard the ld. counsel for the respective parties and after perusal of the impugned order in the interest of justice, the instant revision is disposed of finally by directing the complainant to provide complete copy of the complaint within a period of 4 weeks, if the same is not already received by the revisionist from the office of the ld. District Consumer Commission.

The ld. District Consumer Commission is, therefore, requested to preside the complaint no.119 of 2023 after hearing the ld. counsel for the respective party/parties in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously.

A certified copy of the order will be placed by the appellant/complaint within two weeks from today.

The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
