                        Case called repeatedly but this time also neither D.H. nor his counsel has put in appearance. Perusal of the file reveals that none has appeared on behalf of D.H. on the previous date i.e. 4-5-2016 wherefrom it is presumed that D.H. is not interested to persue the present execution petition or he has opted not to appear before the forum because JD might have complied with the order under execution. As such, the present execution application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.. A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
