Ltd., Cabin No.2, First Floor, SCO 1034-135, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh, Ph 0172-5067186. – Opposite Party Present: Complainant in person. Sh.Anil Saini, Manager/Authorized Representative of OP. ORDER 1. The representative of OP has filed his authority letter. Efforts made for reconciliation, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under :- “Statement of Sh.Anil Saini s/o Sh.Harbhajan Dass, aged 30 years, Manager/Authorized Representative of OP. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP will refund the invoice amount of handset in question i.e. Rs.9500/- to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 19.5.2010. Statement of Sh.Naveen Nandwani s/o Sh.Ram Sanshi Nandwani, aged about 23 years, Complainant in person. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Anil Saini, Manager/Authorized Representative of OP. I will handover the old mobile handset in question with accessories to OP at the time of receiving the invoice amount of Rs.9500/-.” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP would refund the invoice amount of the handset in question i.e. Rs.9500/- to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 19.5.2010. The complainant would handover the mobile handset in question with accessories to OP at the time of receiving the invoice amount of Rs.9500/-. 3.
