                   The complainant has made a statement that he has received demand draft of Rs.75000/- bearing No.197994 dated 10.05.2016 from the OP-1 as full and final settlement and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
