This case has been received through post on 15.10.2019. Accordingly, it was registered but to remove the defects in the complaint notice was issued vide 422 dated 30.10.2019 but it appears that thereafter, complainant did not turn up. In the mean time as per office report complainant was informed on his mobile on 09.07.2022. Last chance was given to the complainant but even thereafter no one appeared and on 02.09.2022 again last chance was given. It is also important to mention that vide memo no. 907 dated 25.06.2022. notice was sent to the complainant to appear and to take step in this complaint case but complainant did not appear till today. Therefore, from the trend and conduct of the complainant it appears that complainant has left the interest in this case. Hence, this complainant case stands dismissed without admission.
