Complainant filed a petition stating that the dispute of the case has been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant received Rs.1400/- (Rupees one thousand four hundred only) from the O.P. as the final settlement of the case with full satisfaction. The complainant also stated that he does not want to proceed with the case further. The complainant files one money receipt of Rs.1400/- (Rupees one thousand four hundred only). Let it be kept with the record. The O.P. is also resent before this Forum. Under such circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed. Hence, it is

ORDERED

That the C.C.No.48/2019 be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction of the complainant. No order as to cost.

The copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
