“Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent authority.”

 

 

            In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent authority, as per law.
